My windows 10 laptop Notification bar is not working after Advanced disinfection scan

"Advanced disinfection" scan is run on Kaspersky antivirus software, and after it completes and after a restart, my computer Action center(notification) is hidden, and it can't turn on. It seems " some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organisation. On Microsoft Edge, it seems there's a new feature called 'managed by your organisation'. I haven't any organisation. How do I fix it

Which Kaspersky software *name* & version is installed, on Windows Taskbar *Hidden icons*, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About, post back the result please?

I can't reproduce this behavior , Kaspersky is not blocking this option 🤔

I have Kaspersky standard 21.21.7.384(a). I fixed this" managed by your organisation" on Microsoft edge using ChatGPT's Help. But I can't fix my computer Action Centre (notification) is hidden
