my VPN is not working anymore!

Hello,

My Kaspersky VPN stopped working on all my computers, it just says "Failed to connect, try connecting later", no matter what country, known that it was working well before. I', on windows 10, USA.

Please solve my problem, because I subscribed for one year, and I don't to replace your service with other VPN.

I have a similar problem that started about an hour ago, VPN seemingly works fine, I can connect to any server (albeit it takes longer than usual) but once my 'connection is secure' I can't reach any websites and when I do it takes upwards of 2 minutes (zero issues without vpn)

Whats is your real geographical location ?
Please reinstall on-top Kaspersky VPN ?

I have this exact same problem, coincidently or not just after Windows performed an automatic update.  I cannot connect to any server, I get same message.  I tried turning off Windows firewall but it did not help.  I tried connecting via Russia-Moscow server at 3:09am Moscow time (Jan. 07, 2024).  Maybe you can trace the connection attempt in some log file?

Hello there,

Since more than one month, I have been trying to have my VPN running and connecting without any luck, I tried it in all my 4 computers, but it doesn't work anymore.

$ computers, each has different operation system, VPN was working just fine on each, but suddenly, its not!

Please advise.

What are the operating systems? Are you running the latest version of the VPN? Do any error messages appear? What type of problem is happening (connectivity, crash, etc.)?

Please provide more details
