My son removed safekids from his android tablet

I installed safekids to my son's android tablet. (Samsung SM-T510) i closed and restricted some apps via safekids but everything was ok for a while but my son discovered something and succeeded to hack the safekids. First he broke the connection between mykaspersky and safekids in the tablet computer. Then I made the settings again but after that he removed the safe kids from tablet without username and password lock. I dont know how he could do this. I asked how you did he said that while trying to open a forbidden or restricted app, if try many times to open the app after a while safekids become confused and opens the forbidden or restricted apps. What is the solution for this reason? If safe kids can be hacked easily via such methods how can I trust your safe kids app?

  • Please raise a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, fill in the template as in our image, however, select the android version your child uses, if it’s not the same as ours, in the problem description provide a detailed history, images & a video, as it will help the experts understand the issue & the URL/link to this Community topic: Support may request Logs & or other system data, they will guide you if necessary
