My site has been added to the phishing database

For some unknown reason, my site is designated by you as an infected “phishing” I don’t know why or how, since I created it only 10 days ago and installed an empty kms without data yet, as I understand it, we were accidentally added and we kindly ask you to remove it from us This is a limitation since we did not violate anything.
