My kid's IPhone changes setting on Location & Tracking

Hello,

On my kid's iPhone (signed ID by my kid) every couple of days the tracking device setting is de-activated. There is a notification on Kid's Safety application icon which notifies that the Location Setting has being de-activated.  My kid has to go into iPhone setting and re-activate (give permission) to track devise ALL the time.  Please advice.

1. Children must not have access to phone *Settings*, the KSK installation / configuration needs to be checked - please carefully read & follow *all* of: KSK, iOS, Configure the app for your child. 
2. Also, IF the battery runs low it may impact Location monitoring. 
3. IF after reconfiguring KSK, according to 1. the issue persists, please reach out to Kaspersky Customer Service https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, on the support page select Email, fill in the template as shown, please provide a *detailed-history* & do not select the AI-Bot to submit the request:
