My Kaspersky account has a lot of subscription.

Good night guys.
I've been using Kaspersky for a long time. Why is there a signature on my My Kaspersky account that stays there, since they are old and don't work because I can't delete them? to make the visualization better, keep old keys that are not used for anything.

Users being able to do this removal is better for viewing because I have a lot of keys that are no longer valid and could be removed.

Hugs, I look forward to this question. ?

Hello @SystemInfo,

Welcome back!

The question has been raised on more than one occasion.

There's a Hide option, if that's not satisfactory, contact Kaspersky Customer Service, they will delete the old data.

Thank you my friend, for being quick to respond.
I'm glad there were people who asked about this subject.
Well, the Kaspersky team could do this without customers having to hide it.
but that's ok, thank you. ?

  1. Kaspersky offers their subscribers a *choice* @SystemInfo.
  2. The Kaspersky Customer Service team cannot do anything without the subscriber making a request.

Thank you?

Thanks friend, I understand
I think I'm going to make a request to remove the signatures that have been there for years and are no longer worth anything.

Now I understand, I will have to register with Kaspersky customer service.
Now I know that moderators can't do that.
Thanks for the explanation.
