Hello everyone, I try to access my user profile on My Kaspersky, but entered the user name and password then asks to generate an authentication code through the application. After entering the code and also trying via SMS, a red message appears that says: "Could not sign in. Please try again later". Can someone help me?

The 'username' is the email address originally used to set up the MyKaspersky account, is that what you've used this time, when trying to log in?
