MY kasperesky password manager not working

Please help me with my kaspersky password manager not working i have downloaded at least 5 times in mac app store i have macos catalina 10.12.6 but at starting 6 months it was working but  after few days when i didn’t use it ,it had started unworking i have downlaoded 5  times but it didn’t happen anything please give solution and give a web link to download from browser please help please . today also i have downloaded

Which version are you trying download?? Latest is 9.4.1 for MAC.
