My iOS device is connected but not protected.

I have a plan where Kaspersky Premium is for 3 Devices. However, I cannot activate my subscription on my IOS device. Whatever I did, I couldn't connect it. I can't get protection on my iOS device. My iOS device appears to be related but is not protected. I want you to solve this problem, thanks.
