My file extensions have turned into efji

In the past few years I was surprised that all of my files on local drives have changed their extensions and types to efji
It could not be opened.
Even though my computer has your Kaspersky product installed
Now, I urgently need to address this problem, and for your information, I ran a comprehensive file scan without showing that my computer was infected.

Have you had Ransomware File Lock on your PC?

What version of Kaspersky do you have installed?
