it's working fine with everything but some time it's not open on mac i don't know why this happen please help if someone now about this...

1. Which OS version & build, refer: Find out which macOS your Mac is using?
2. Which Kaspersky version, refer: How to find the name and the version number of a Kaspersky application?
3. When the Blog does not open on the Mac, is it locked by any other process? 
4. In Kaspersky Reports, are there any events, related to the blog?
