Dear Community 

We have a situation where we checked that there two keswin is installed in a workstation but none of them are working and we are getting status from KSC that is protection disabled

Hello Tahmeed,
from my experiences this happen when updating KES from previous version and something went wrong or a reboot is required and not done to finish the new installation. The only way to solve that is to use kavremover in safe mode to remove the application, reboot and create a task to install KES again from scratch.
In principal you can check the installation logs in the users local temp folder for errors or warning if a reboot is required after upgrade.

We have this situation on many workstations almost on 150 devices , since it is a very large Bank environment of 8000 nodes , what we can do in this case.

Hello Ahnaf,

you can check this in detail with reports and installation logs by Technical Support. 

or you use a remote uninstall task to uninstall both versions from the device and reinstall it by another remote install task from scratch. Here in the Forum it is not clear what happened on these clients so that technical Support should troubleshoot it. I am just able to tell you my experiences with this behavior depending on the description here.
