We have few workstations with Protection disabled Status in KSC . We observed different cases when we connected to specific workstations manually,
 
  • There are some workstations where several versions of Keswin is installed like 12.3 ,12.4 and 12.6 and all of them were corrupted.
 
  • There are some workstations where Keswin 12.3 or 12.4 is installed but in corrupted state but in KSC it shows there is Keswin 12.7 in that workstation but inactive [Application section of a devices shows keswin version ] .
 
  • So the problem here is that we cannot know the version of keswin from the KSC without manually connecting to a Workstation, For this situation we required a script that can check which version of Keswin installed in a workstation then repair that individual version of keswin and that can run from KSC by remote installation task.

Hello Tahmeed702,

if the clients do not have a connection to the KSC there is no template or script that can be run to determine the Version of installed KES Versions from KSC. You can use avp commands to find out the version, maybe in a batch

The problem described looks it is more Network Agent related, not connecting and giving the appropriate informations back.

Troubleshooting should be done for the Network Agent connection first.

If not sure open a ticket with technical Support.
