Multigue.com virus / worm / malware??????

Doing a search for some trailer locks I acquired this banner notifying me that I have 5 virus infections.   Microsoft did not catch it so I  got Kaspersky free to see if it would delete the virus - it did not.    No notifications that it even exists.    Any ideas?    OldSparky.
