I have renewed my Kaspersky license (Anti Virus Plus for $59 with auto renewal), but I'm getting the error that my license has expired. The price was discounted to $59 as long as I am on auto renewal. I checked in my Subscription Management and I am on auto renewal.

I received email confirmation from Kaspersky that my account has been updated. But I still get a license expired message when I open the Virus Protection on my laptop.

I have corrected the time/date settings on my PC Windows 11 laptop, and synced as directed. As directed, I then chose the renew Kaspersky button again on the app to see if it would acknowledge that I have renewed. It still says that my license is expired.

The Kaspersky Help Topic directs me to delete the key so I can reset it to see if that clears up the error -- but it says to be sure that the key is saved before deleting.

How do I make sure the key is saved?

Why the heck is it so difficult to activate my own subscription?
