Hello, I'm in the middle of polishing the policy for the Android but I'm not understanding why the Compliance control isn't working. I've set the password requirement to minimum of 4 (No password is set on the phone) and I've also set the Compliance Control to "Lock Device" if it's not been done within 5 minutes but nothing has happened. Correct me if I'm wrong but I assume this is what it's for? Other settings in the policy I have set appear to be working. I'm on KSC version 10.5.1781 and Android 10.8.0.103.

Hello, Yes it's connected to the KSC, I managed to sort it now thank you. It was because i didn't set the Padlock to ON, so it wasn't picking up my amendments, my bad :-(. Regards, James
