Missing Mac hardware information

KSC12 Online Help’s “What’s new” https://help.kaspersky.com/ksc/12/en-US/12521.htm states that “In the Network Agent properties window, you can view information about hardware installed on the client device running macOS or Linux.”

Unfortunately, for my MacOS 10.14.6 and 10.15.4 with agent 11.0.1.753 running against KSC 12.0.0.7734 (with Network Agent Plugin 12.0.0.7734) I have no hardware information present (for Windows clients it is present).

Q: What is wrong?

Sorry, to make it more clear -- with KES 11.0.1.753 and Administration agent 12.0.0.35 installed on MacOS.
On KSC the latest KES 11.0.1 for Mac administration plugin 11.0.1.148  is also installed, of course.
I.e. “all the latest available versions”.

The duplicated topic did help me -- when it was duplicated into Russian. Or at least it did get some attention there, even if it ends up with “create a support ticket” advice finally.
