Minor glitches

Having some minor glitches as seem in the pictures bellow, adding a favourite wont display propperly on the program main screen and the double VPN auto select icon is not appearing. Its something specific to my system, or its a known bug?

Using the latest VPN version avaiable and W11 23H2 up to date.

1. How is the favourite not displaying 'properly' in the main GUI?
2. We can replicate the issue - log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service  - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown; please include a *detailed history*. Support may request logs, traces & other data, they will guide you:  

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

The bug occurs only when using the double VPN feature, it seems, using the single it all seems to be normal.

Thank you for posting back!

In our examples below - both Algeria & Brazil are favourites & are the double VPN -> BOTH flags are showing, as is the wording: DOUBLE VPN -> on the program main screen -> we still do not understand the issue you're complaining about for your: "adding a favourite wont display properly on the program main screen" - how do you expect it to appear?

IF (you) believe there is an issue please also raise it when you log the original issue with Kaspersky Customer Service.

Yes, but only when choosing location 1 as Auto Select, then theres no icon, whereas before it would be.
The issue with the favourite feature is the heart not showing as red in the main screen(when it should be, since its marked as a favourite)

• Read: How to enable Double VPN: "Select the first VPN server from the drop-down list under Location 1 or use the automatic selection of the optimal VPN server."
• 1st image *appears* to be missing the *Location 2* field -> did (you) *originally* try to select the Select automatically option? 

1. We've revised our initial reply for Auto-select - we don't believe this is an issue -> IF (we) select Select automatically & another remote service  - we can also show what you are seeing -> it *appears* as tho there's only one remote service, but it does reflect DOUBLE VPN on the program main screen - even tho the automatic selection does not show (you can ask Kaspersky Customer Service when you log the issue)

One of the issues(possibly) iam talking about is the Select Automatically(double VPN) missin the icon(on previous versions of the VPN there was one).

The other one is about the Favorites not displaying the heart in red in the main GUI, even tho its marked as a Favorite.
