Microsoft mail not synchronizing due to Kasperky antivirus

The poblem came up suddenly. When is deactivate Kaspersky, the problem is solved. The same with Microsoft updates. Has anyone the same problem and do you know the solution

@Wim  Welcome.

Please uninstall Kaspersky + reboot , and download / reinstall KAV ?

Hi @Wim, before proceeding with reisntallation as per advice from Berny, try this: 

1. Disable Self-Defense via Settings -> General
2. Exit Kaspersky product
3. Go to folder C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report\ and delete all the contents (files and folders)
4. Run Kaspersky product
5. Enable Self-Defense
6. Check the issue.
