Maximum number of devices

Hello, I'm trying to connect kaspersky to my computer, I've had it for 1 year and when I reformatted my pc, I tried to replace kaspersky, but now it's saying the following phrase "The maximum number of devices covered by the subscription has been reached, and I've disconnected the device several times and it even appears on the site that there are no connected devices and even though I try again it still says that the maximum number of devices has been reached, could you help me please?
