many websites not working properly

Hello

I have just renewed my licence to premium and sinc many sites components are blocked

For example, hotels.com do not display maps, not room selection. which is annoying to book a room

how can I configure Kasperspy protection to identify the componenent blocked and allow it ?

attached the same page with kaspersky disabled and enabled.

Please provide version of K. product installed.

 

Also, did You enable Anti-Banner / Private Browsing modules in your Kaspersky?

  1. Also, our checking, we can access *all* details, the page resolves fully, without any adjustments to Kaspersky Premium:                                                                                                image.thumb.png.a32ec4e4c72f10f1ad9aa12778e71436.png
  2. Try different supported browsers, Edge, Chrome, Firefox.
  3. Make sure the *essential* cookies for the page have been accepted? 
  4. Do (you) have any other sites with a similar problem please - we'd like to check?

I can't reproduce your issue as well (K. Premium 21.20) 🤔

You may try → Restaurer les paramètres ?
Also, please check your extensions ?

I have the  isue on both Firefox and Edge.

I use KS Premium 21.19.5.527 on windows 11.

Once I suspend complete protection, it works fine.

If I suspend only KS extention in Firefox, the problem still occur.

you gave me the hint to solve the issue. I have just upgraded to version 21.20. The problem is solved once I have upgraded
