Malicious Tool detected but not disinfected

Greetings all,

i was wondering about the hacktool.win32.remoxec.c it is detected on a number of PCs running windows 7 but kaspersky was not able to disinfect the threat, am using kaspersky endpoint security for windows is there something i can do to remove it.
