Mail from Windows 10 doesn't work since Kaspersky Antivirus was installed

Since I installed Kaspersky Antivirus 20.0.14.1085 (j) mail app from Windows 10 can’t synchronise any new mail and I can’t install Adobe Reader, it’s never download. Could anybody please help me to configure my AV?

@Melvin.Melgarejo Welcome. Can you please try this :

Settings >  Additional > Network > Manage exclusions : Add Mail Server

It’s the same, sir. I put the exclusions. (outlook.com, gmail.com) What could be the problem?

Can you please post a screenshot  from the exclusions.

Also  :
1 > Your Windows Log contains Event Errors in Windows Updates as wall as in some applications...
2 > Can you please check your setup Email setup such as  address and the servers…

Your OS is in Spanish,  maybe that @harlan4096 could join in  this Topic.
