MacOS is freezing

Hi all,
Kaspersky endpoint security 11.0.1 for Mac is making most of the machines unusable (it’s very slow it takes 10 minutes to lunch and app) even thought the all the machines meet both the hardware and software requirements, this usually happens when running a scan even if it’s a quick one.
Through Kaspersky security ceneter 12 I configured  the machines to do a quick scan and activated the Iswift and ichecker but the machines are still unusable.
Any suggestion/ solution is much appreciated.

I use the following settings and macs do perform more or less ok.

 

File Threat Protection
General:
 Scan by content
 Use iSwift, scan only new and modified files
 Uncheck "scan archves", "scan installation files"
Protection scope:
 Uncheck "all network drives"
Advanced:
 Smart mode
 Heuristic: maximum performance (lowest level)
