❓ Is the MAC going slow a new problem or it‘s always gone slow with KIS installed? 

If you’ve checked:

1. KIS system requirements ?
2. KIS software compatibility ?

Please follow these guidelines:

• ➡What to do if Kaspersky Internet Security 20 for Mac functions incorrectly
• If the issue still remains after please contact Kaspersky Technical Support, include MAC Logs, Trace files & a detailed history, including all actions taken?
• After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.

Hello, how are you, I tell you,I have the same news with 3 Mac computers, two of them are with the IOS Ventura Operating System, I installed the Kasperky endpoint for Mac version 11.3 as a console we have version 14. For a few days it works fine but After any activity that the user does is slowed down too much, I proceed with uninstalling Kasperky and it works without incident. Maybe you found some solution?
