Mac OS 10.15 Catalina & KES 11 V 11.0.0.501a

Hi everyone, Today Mac OS Catalina 10.15 has been released. Will KES 11 Mac v11.0.0.501a be fully compatible with Catalina? Or must we wait for a new upgrade that will be released soon? Anyone has made a test today? Regards,

I attempted to install the update on my Mac running OS Catalina. You will receive an error, and when I talked to tech support they said it is not compatible. I have had KES, KIS, or K Pure for many years and since they're not going to support it then I canceled my subscription.

Yesterday patch B was relased for KES11.0.0.501 with MacOS Catalina 11.15 support. This patch should be available on support page very soon.

Hi "martinez", you were right, in spanish page support patch b has been released while in english page still isn't. I always check https://support.kaspersky.com/#s_tab4 because I find more Kaspersky versions, for example for Virtual enviroments or Linux ( in spanish isn't available for download). Next time I'll check spanish page first! Thanks :handshake_tone1:

Did you try to install IS on Catalina? I was not able to install successfully. Installation took 20 minutes (MBP). When I start KIE I see window and text Starting. That is all.

Hi metryx, I could install new Net agent version 11.0.0.32 and KES for Mac 11.0.0.501b without problems in a Mac with Catalina. Also I made a task in Security Center with new installers ( Net agent 11 & Kes 11) and I could update some computers with KES for Mac v10 succesfully.
