Mac, Kaspersky is blocking shopee website chat feature - how to unlock?

Hi,

 

I have a MacBook 2020 with kaspersky installed

 

If I turn on kaspersky - my online shopping website from www-shopee-com unable to use the webchat features on any browser (Safari/Chrome) - it will shows “Failed to load messages”

 

This what happen if I turn kaspersky on.

 

This what it suppose to look like if I turn off kaspersky.

Looks like kaspersky is blocking the webchat on the website. I want to use kaspersky with this website chat feature.

Any idea what should I do?

  3. Adjust your preference.
