• On an android device, unlike windows, your child will not be able to see the remaining time and or, any time schedule. 
• We checked with Kaspersky Level 1 support, they advised this is how KSK is designed for android, they were unable to explain why; they are seeking advice from the KSK development team. 
• We will update you when the information is shared with us.

“This is a suggestion, it’s been added into it incident. “

Friday, 6 August 2021 14:30 - Kaspersky developers advised: 

“The suggestion has no definitive release dates.”

• Friday, 6 August 2021 14:45 -  Kaspersky operator advised: 

“If you have additional questions about ETA, you may ask us again in the future if the fix still not implemented. We will now proceed to close the case.”

Kaspersky are clearly oblivious to the fact we have better things to do than repeatedly raise INCs for issues that already had an INC. 

The only way you/us will know if the feature is implemented, is if it “magically” appears. 

Kaspersky provide no updates & rudimentary information in KSK app, in Google Play Store.
