请问一下,您反馈的这个问题是每次退出卡巴斯基程序时都会发生吗?

同时,请您测试一下将卡巴斯基的设置任意进行修改并“保存”,是否也会发生这样的问题?

另外,请查看您的处理器是否为:AMD,是否有安装腾讯相关游戏?
