When directed to the connecting Page to login with the Kapersky account (which I own the Premium, 5 device version, not this one in which I speak), it simply does not connect, as if the page doesn't exist or is unavailable. I have tried in various devices in various methods, nothing works. 

Other users from the same region (Brazil) have reported the issue and so far have been ignored, so I'm testing if this forum will actually respond. Will cancel the purchase if the issue persist.

Welcome!

  1. Logging into (your) MyKaspersky account is different to logging into the Kaspersky Support Forum. What is the ERROR-message

  2. For the logging into (your) MyKaspersky account is it from the installed Kaspersky application OR via a browser? IF it's 'browser' - try another browser. 
  3. Make sure Windows OS is *updated* to the latest version & build -> Select Start , go to Settings  Update & Security  Windows Update  > select Check for Windows updates? 
  4. IF it's via the Kaspersky application, shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, power ON by pressing the power-button, login to the computer, recheck IF (you) can login to the MyKaspersky account? 
  5. IF the 'unable to log into MyKaspersky account' issue persists, please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com.br/b2c/br#contacts, on the support page select Email, fill in the template as shown, please provide a *detailed-history*, please do not select the AI-Bot to submit the request:

It has been solved, as I was told in the Brazilian forum. It seems the page was indeed down for a while, but now it has been brought back up. I appreciate it, I was beginning to lose hope as many had already reported it and nothing was done.
