Location tracking and battery percentage left don't work on SafeKids

Hi,

 

The location tracking and battery percentage left dont’t work i.e. I can’t see these data from my daughter’s device. The other features are also inactive from time to time. Is it depending on whether the tracked device is in use at the moment when the parent want to check these information?

1. Your daughter's device → (manufacturer) name, device type = android or iOS & OS version? 
2. KSK version installed on the device? 
3. Your device →  (manufacturer) name, device type = Windows, MAC, Android, iOS & OS version? 
4. KSK version installed on the device? 
5. Is the "location tracking & battery percentage data not seen on parent device", a new issue or has always existed? 
6. Does "the other features are also inactive from time to time", mean every other KSK feature or ? 
7. Is KSK Premium or Free?
