I encounter the loading error in the child settings in the Kaspersky application. The same problem occurs in all menus. I also tried from different devices but it does not work. I am trying to set a time limit.

Unfortunately, the problem has nothing to do with the language, it is caused by a system problem, the page screen does not open, it gets stuck while loading. I try from different devices, the result is the same.

Thank you for posting back & the refreshed image. 

  • In this case the *actual problem* may have nothing to do with language - however, if we cannot read what's presented in screen-images it limits our capacity to assist; that wastes (your) time & it wastes our time.
  • In the last 24hrs - there was a outage that impacted MyKaspersky.com portal; when was the issue last checked?
  1. Use another browser.
  2. IF a Firewall is in use does it help to turn it OFF? 
  3. Reboot *all* devices & the *network device(s)*
  4. Log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/tr/b2c/tr#contacts - select Email, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history*; Support may request logs, GSI, read: How to generate a report using Get System Info, Harlogs, captured while the problem is replicated: read: How to collect console and HAR logs & other data; they will guide you.
