Lizenzverlängerung - Kaspersky Password Manager Aktivierungsfehler.

Ich wollte meine Lizenz (Total security) verlängern und das hat auch nach Eingabe des neuen Codes geklappt. Aber der Passwortmanager akzeptiert den Code nicht. Ich kann die abgelaufene Lizenz auch nicht entfernen oder die Geräte

Neuinstallation hat nichts gebracht. Es ist echt zum Verzweifeln.

Same case with me.

After the expiration of the license for Kaspersky Total Security, a new license is activated, but the Password Manager cannot be activated.

This License Management is totally crap. I think I will delete everything from Kaspersky and get Norton 360. There is a vpn included, here I have to pay for it. I will write a few negative reviews and then the case is finally closed for me.

BTW, the help function is a joke. Nearly everything I searched was wrong explained.

I solved the license problem by deleting the account on My Kaspersky, deleting the Password manager from the computer. Then I re-created an account on My Kaspersky with the same email and installed the Password manager and now it works.

I solved the problem in similar way. I contacted support and they deleted the licenses from account.
