Link sent with receipt is blocked by Kaspersky

Hi, hopefully this is the correct place, I purchased premium today and received my receipt along with an advertised free amazon gift card, however when I click the link in the email Kaspersky blocks multiple urls (visible in linked screenshot) from the site, I can still load the site but obviously I've been a bit spooked by this.

Is this just a false positive? Doing a web look up using your own checker flags it as "Good" while the NordVPN checker flags it as a phishing site. Thanks for any clarification on this matter.
