Lighter Version of Kaspersky Security Center

We have some old ATMs with Pentium® III computers. The bank gave us the Kaspersky Security Center Agent file to install, but because the computer's hardware specifications are low, they crash.
Is there a lighter version of Kaspersky Security Center? Or is there something I can do after installing the Agent so that the CPU usage of the machine doesn't increase and cause crashes?

Which file are you running in ATM machines? You need to download KESS 3.4 package in ATM machines and get a netagent file from KSC, then ATM machines will be connected to KSC by netagent and KESS will secure the ATM machines. It is a very light-weight application that is only built for ATM and POS machines.

Here is the download link of KESS https://products.s.kaspersky-labs.com/workstations/kess2.0/3.4.0.36/english-0.1.0/3933393734337c44454c7c31/kess_win_3.4.0.36_en.zip

and you may visit KESS product download page, https://www.kaspersky.com/small-to-medium-business-security/downloads/embedded-systems

The file that the bank gave us is an EXE file called installer13.exe with a size of 357 MB. When I looked at its description, it said that it is Kaspersky Security Center and its version is 13.
Is this the same KESS 3.4 that you are talking about? Is KESS on the ATM side and KSC on the bank server side? How do the two identify each other? After downloading and installing KESS 3.4, do I need to configure something on it or does it automatically connect to the bank server? Is this installer13.exe file that the bank provided an Agent?

What deployment architecture are you using, on-premises or cloud? If the deployment architecture is on-premises, then the latest version of Kaspersky Security Center (KSC) 15.1 should be installed on the server side, and KESS 3.4 should be installed on the ATM machine side, with ATM machines connecting to KSC via net-agent (latest version 15.1).If your ATM machine is connected to KSC, you can manage policies from a central location.

I'm sharing tutorials and product download pages for KSC and Netagent.

Keep in mind that there are different packages for Windows, Linux, and ATM machines.

You said that Kaspersky Security Center is installed on the Server.
You also wrote something about Network Agent. Is Network Agent another application that also needs to be installed on the ATM? Which one is installed on the ATM? Network Agent or KESS?

The installer13.exe file that the bank gave us is 357 MB in size. When you try to install it, it gives the following message:
Is this the package that should be installed? So why does our ATM crash when we install it?

Did you check the installer file? Is it the one that gives this message at the beginning of the installation:
New applications will be installed on your device: KESS 3.0 (3.0.0.102) and Kaspersky Security Center 13 Network Agent (13.0.0.11247).
Is that the same KESS we were talking about? Is there a difference between Version 3.4.0.36 and this Version 3.0.0.102 that was in our file? Or should Version 3.0.0.102 also work?
Does Kaspersky Security Center 13 Network Agent have to be installed along with KESS? If I download KESS from the Kaspersky site and install it, do I need to configure it somewhere to work on the bank's network or is there no need for a special config?

The installer file you got from Admin is a deployment kit for cloud workspace , yes if you install it , the ATM machine will be connected to cloud console workspace and Admin can enforce policies to your ATM machines according to compliance. and yes Version 3.0.0.102 also work. you don't need to config anything admin will do the rest : the one who managing the Kaspersky server or admin console .

In the Release Notes of this KESS it is written that:
Kaspersky Embedded Systems Security for Windows protects devices with limited RAM (256 MB or more) and limited hard disk space (100 MB or more).
But it still crashes on our ATMs. The motherboards of these ATMs are weak but most of them have at least 256 MB of RAM. Could the problem be from somewhere else?
