Let’s say my 2 year Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business Advanced license is about to expire or has expired. Do I have to renew that same license, or can I buy and use a new license, deleting the old one?

Better option is to renew your license (Better price than buy a new one).

You can renew for 1, 2 or 3 year (this is the best "price" option).
