license issue

I install a device the Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows and when I entered my license. Everything seems normal but when I close the app and send it hidden icons at taskbar, the license dissappaer and asks to enter license.

Hi, if you enter your license and this dissappaer, really do you need enter you activation code. Generally when you make an istallation, they come with the license included.
