License is Missing

We have just purchase Kaspersky Endpoint Protection for Business with 200 licenses.  I’ve rolled the software out to about 50 clients so far.  Around 10 will not update the database file.  Upon checking, each affected machine is reporting that the license is missing. I then created a task to add the key to each client.  Each machine reported the same error. Error Code A0430002.  I then attempted to add the key locally to one machine.  This was reported the same A0430002 error.

 

Can anyone help?

Can you please provide us with more information about the products / versions used?

Usually it is sufficient to activate automatic distribution in the license settings.

i have endpoint 11.4.0.233 and network agent 11.0.0.1131

i have Kaspersky Security Center 13.2, Endpoint 11.7.0 and network agent 13.2.0.1511.
