License Expired and Keswin application not running

We are in a situation where the keswin application is not running and the license has expired. We attempted to start the application task, followed by remote installation of keswin 12.9. The task shows that remote installation was successful, but keswin is not running; what should we do now?

How to solve it , any clues .....

Hello Tahmeed702,

make sure the expired license will be no longer deployed automatically by double click in the properties of the license.
See also the list of Devices still using this expired license.
Do this under Licenses in the Administration Server Console.

Remove all clients from Administration server to "Unassigned Devices" and when the counter of the expired license got 0 you can delete it.

Then add  a new license. Alternatively create a task "add key" for your endpoints and deploy the new valid license to your clients.
