licence not renewing, i have purchased a renewal licence, the code has been accepted and stored, the licences has not been renewed by kaspersky ?

I  have purchased a  renewal  licence,,  have entered the code which has been accepted  and   stored,,,  Kaspersky   has  still not renewed

  my licence  and it appears as  “ expired”  30  hours  later
