Hello Karspisky communityI bought Karspisky 3 computers, after formatting one of the computers, I found it difficult to enter the activation number, in the end Kaspersky became activated, but there was a change in the validity period, and I found more than 3 missing months.Any suggestion or solution to this problem?Thank you .

When  purchasing a Kaspersky license  with Auto-Renewal Service the countdown is starting on purchase day ?

It depends of the kind of license

A- Classic license: First activation date, start the license’s counter (365 days)  

B- Subcription licence: date of purchasing 

Reinstallation of the license does not change the activation date.
