Licence expired and password forgotten

we have installed sice 2020 kaspersky Endpoint 10 for windows for 18 worksattion but now the licence is expired and we have not the password to remove the product.
what is the solution our server is in product and we can't stop it and run in safe mode.

I believe you have forgotten the Keswin uninstallation password, which was installed in 2020. I would advise you to install the most recent version of Keswin 12.9 over it, which will automatically remove the previous version. After that, you can update Netagent on your own.
