kvrt windows allowuser

Hello, is there something similar to --allow user for windows kvrt as for linux kvrt? I want to run kvrt as a regular user so that UAC does not display.

When I disable UAC manually following error occurs:

KVRT for Windows does not have this option.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
