KSN servers not available in Security Center (Web)

Hi in my security center some of my computers have in state description "KSN servers not available", how i can fix this?

I don't find this section in Security Center Web Console:

To check the connection to Kaspersky Security Network:

In the main application window, click More Tools  Kaspersky Security Network.

This opens the Cloud Protection window, which displays information about Kaspersky Security Network activity. The application receives KSN usage statistics when the Cloud Protection window is opened. The global statistics of the Kaspersky Security Network cloud service infrastructure and the synchronization time are not refreshed in real time.

The left part of the Cloud Protection window displays one of the following statuses for the connection between the computer and Kaspersky Security Network:

  • Enabled.

    This status means that Kaspersky Security Network is being used in Kaspersky Endpoint Security operations and KSN servers are available.

  • Enabled. Available with restrictions.

    This status means that Kaspersky Security Network is being used in Kaspersky Endpoint Security operations and KSN servers are unavailable.

    KSN servers may be unavailable due to the following reasons:

    • The KSN Proxy service (ksnproxy) is running on the computer.
    • Firewall blocks port 13111.

    If the time that has elapsed since the last synchronization with KSN servers exceeds 15 minutes or shows the Unknown status, the status of the Kaspersky Endpoint Security connection to Kaspersky Security Network takes the Enabled value. Not available.

  • Off.

    This status means that Kaspersky Security Network is not being used in Kaspersky Endpoint Security operations.

If the connection with Kaspersky Security Network servers cannot be restored, it is recommended to contact Technical Support or your service provider.

¿En las propiedades de KSN está activo Proxy KSN? Debería de estarlo según la configuración aplicada.

Por otra parte, el desarrollo de la comprobación de KSN que has copiado es relativo a la propia interfaz de uno de los Endpoints afectados no a realizarlo desde la Web console.
