ksmg incoming mail issue

Hi,

Incoming Emails issue
We are using KSMG as our incoming mail gateway, for the past 3 weeks, we haven’t received the mails from specific domain.
The domain which we have whitelisted in our KSMG rule. Kindly need to your support to fix the issue ASAP.

Hi,

I had the same issue.

Could you please execute the next commands on “Technical Mode” console:

• echo debug_peer_list = 173.248.159.162  >> /etc/postfix/main.cf
• postfix reload

Then post again the maillog 

Note: the IP 173.248.159.162 should be the one that is sending the mails.
