KSK restrictions issue

Hi,

Issue with Xiaomi Redmi 9T and KSK just installed.  (premium mode)

When time allowed is exeed the KSK well block apps excepted the allowed.

But if my son close all apps with Android desktop button (free memory), it can do everything after.

There is no more restrictions.

After few minutes (arount 5-10min) the app restart certeinly in backgroup and phone is blocked again.

 But kids re-close all apps with button to be free for 10min

In this condition the app is useless.

 

We have apply Xiaomi specificconfiguration

Welcome again!

1. May we know the actual OS version & the MIUI version → open phone Settings, scroll to the bottom, look for About or About Phone, the version information, for both OS & MIUI will be available please? 
2. Is Desktop button → free memory a feature that’s available when the phone was shipped or has been enabled/activated since first getting the phone? 
3. May we have an image of Android desktop button (free memory) → we don’t have a Xiaomi to check & we need to see what you see please?

We’ve tested with KSK XRecorder & Calculator = Allow, Desktop button = open apps cleared, when Device time of use expires, all apps, except XRecorder & Calculator block → see video:

Please Log a case with Kaspersky Technical Support; fill in the Application malfunction, Other template; provide them with the Xiaomi Redmi 9T OS & MIUI version, KSK version, a detailed history, all steps your child takes to circumvent KSK & any steps you’ve taken to resolve the problem; a video showing the problem will help the support team understand the problem; Support may request Logs, Traces & other data; they will guide you:
