KSK not suitable for installation on Oppo devices used by child - why?

We do not recommend installing Kaspersky Safe Kids for Android in the child mode on Oppo devices🤔

Why?

If you have time please - do you know if there’s anything about Oppo devs that would compromise the functionality of KSK (applied) for child?

I use Xiaomi MI 10 phone. I don’t use OPPO phone. But I think OPPO phone has its child mode. Some OS API calls are limited. KSK couldn‘t work correctly in oppo child mode.

KSK can be installed and work great if oppo phone disable its child mode.

• Specifically, on Oppo R15Pro, A9, Kids Space is not enabled; hmmm🤔

According to Kaspersky experts:

“There’s an issue Oppo firmware design.  Oppo design their own Android based custom firmware; due to this Kaspersky Safe Kids installed in child mode does not function properly, there's no way to work around it unless Oppo firmware design allows all third-party apps enabled accessibility and loaded in the background. “

In a nutshell that means Oppo devices are not suitable for KSK child profile installs.
