Hello,

I use KSK on 3 devices for 3 kids. One of them on one device seems to have KSK overcalculate the time he has spent on this. I have verified this. The device use times do no seem to match up to the total. Here is a screenshot of the use time showing 3 periods of use in one day, ~15 min, ~1 hr, and ~30 min. A total of ~1.75 hrs, however, KSK says this is almost 2.5 hrs (his limit that day). Any ideas?

I’m unable to replicate “KSK miscalculating time limits”🤔

Please do the following:

  1. Confirm Bios Date & Time.
  2. Uninstall KSK according to documented procedures. 
  3. Delete the (Child) KSK profile. 
  4. Confirm the Laptop meets the system requirements.
  5. Delete the (Child) Windows profile on the Laptop with “KSK miscalculating time limits” issue. 
  6. Download a new KSK installer. 
  7. Install KSK according to documented procedures. 
  8. Create a NEW Child Windows profile.
  9. Create a NEW Child KSK profile. 
  10. Recheck  “KSK miscalculating time limits” issue?
  11. If the issue persists, contact Kaspersky Technical Support, provide full problem history/detail, screenshots of the error and a GSI & Windows Logs; Support may also request KSK Traces, they will guide you with the collection of these.

Please let us know the outcome when it’s available?
