Hi there,

I have a question. My (Mac) KSK’s Internet Reports is not working with MS Edge and Chrome, but it's working properly with Safari. But sometimes, it logs some of my visited web in Chrome. I don't know is this the problem with MS Edge or Chrome or this is the bug. I don't know why this happened.

     - Application Version: 1.7.0.66 (Trial Version)
     - Operating System: macOS Montery 12.0.1
     - MS Edge Version: 97.0.1072.55
     - Chrome Version: 96.0.4664.110
     - Safari Version: 15.1 (17612.2.9.1.20)

I would very appreciate if someone can help!!

Hello @Bao Lam

Welcome!

  1. Reset Chrome to Default.
  2. Reboot mac = power OFF, power ON, login.
  3. Post full screen image examples, including URLs, where KSK blocks sites in Safari but not in Chrome please?

Thank you🙏

  1. I resetted Chrome
  2. I rebooted mac using Power OFF and Power ON
  3. Pictures 1: Safari can’t load facebook.com (I blocked this site)
Pictures 3: Chrome can still load facebook.com although I blocked this site
Pictures 2: I think “Kaspersky Filter” is working with Safari, I think I need to configure Chrome for it to work

Hello @Bao Lam

Thank you for the information.

  1. Sign into (your) MyKaspersky account, select the KIDS tab, select the Applications tab, select Settings for application categories (not available for iOS), take a screen print of APPLICATION CATEGORIES & post back?
  2. Select Internet, select Web activity monitoring, take a screen print of the block you’ve configured for Facebook  & post back?

Thank you🙏
