KSK install error: Another installation process is running.

Hello,

I use KSK on 3 computers, all Windows 10. On one of the 3, KSK won’t install. I get the message that an error occurs and that another installation process is running. I only opened it once. Any idea what the issue is?

Hi,

Welcome.

Maybe you installing another program which runs on background (taskmanager look for TrustedInstaller) or windows installer if this is active that means that you installed previously program or something like that.

Restart pc and try again.

I shut down a bunch of programs and that allowed the install.
